What I Offer

My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative and thoughtful. I take the time to really understand each client, and what will help them achieve lasting change.

Common problems that I often see in my therapy room are: stress, anxiety, depression, stuck patterns, anger issues, emotional turmoil, difficulty processing the past, and more. I am here to help you make sense of all of these, and listen – judgement free – to whatever arises for you.

Each of my sessions is 50 minutes, and I can do online sessions (Tuesdays and Thursday morning) or in-clinic sessions in Chester (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon and evening).

Each session is priced at £70.
